It starts to get complicated here. This horse is a few spot with snowflake. Because it has two copies of the snowcap allele, practically the entire horse is white. There is nothing to indicate that this horse has the snowflake allele. The only way to determine this horse’s full genotype would be if it had a foal with snowflake, and the horse it was bred with did not have snowflake.
