Potential was accepted for EYA's Figuratively Speaking exhibition. The show runs from November 6 through the 22 at the Village Gallery in Montgomery, Alabama. There will be an opening reception on the 6th from 5:30 to 9 in the evening. You can see the entire list of accepted artists on their Facebook page, found here.  In other EYA news, our group exhibition opens tomorrow night, October 19th. The reception runs from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Anita P. Folmar Gallery, also in Montgomery.  I joined the group Emerging Young Artists. Here is a link to my profile on their website. From there you can get information about their upcoming shows and how to join.
Our Mission Bringing together talented individuals to promote art and artists, to provide new opportunities for artists, and to make our world community a better place to live in. I just got the invitation for the Emerging Young Artists Reception, so here it is. All are welcome.  On of my drawings has been accepted for the 2010 Emerging Young Artists National Juried Exhibition. The drawing Displacing from 2009 will be included in the exhibit. The show runs from June 5 to June 30 at the Anita P. Folmar Gallery in Montgomery, Alabama.  |
